Our company is hosted on the shopbuilderpro platform. shopbuilderpro provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through shopbuilderpro data storage, databases and the general shopbuilderpro applications.
They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by shopbuilderpro and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable laws, and any agreement we may have with you.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our promise to you
Please bear in mind that our products are genuinely hand-made in small batches so you may encounter some variation in colour or wrapping between batches or orders.
You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before proceeding to payment.
We may need to get in touch with you about your order.
If there is a problem with your order I will try my hardest to contact you if I cannot I will simply refund your payment.
We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you.
The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at anytime up to the shipment of that order and any related items.
The cost of delivery is calculated at the checkout.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our products are not perfect as they are all handmade this is a big part of the appeal of our products.
Each one is unique and not poured into a mould so each one is identical.
In compliance with EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers may cancel or exchange their order contract by returning the order to Soap from the heart within 14 days from the receipt date of the goods.
They must be in their original condition and fit for resale.
We will then refund the full value of the goods, less the original delivery charges, as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from date the order was posted back to us. All returns must be sent back by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or any delivery that requires a signature upon delivery, this is to protect you as the sender, so that you can prove that I received the stock. I cannot be responsible for packages sent and lost and I will not refund or replace if I do not receive the stock back.
All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and Soap from the heart do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
Please make sure that any damages are reported to us within 48 hours of delivery date.
Simply return your purchases in its original condition to Soap from the heart within 14 days of receipt and we will dispatch replacement goods.
Soap from the heart reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected. If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.
These Terms and Conditions do not effect your statutory rights.
